It's just the way it goes.
Not healthy or unhealthy.
As the major market drops there's less manipulation of small stocks going higher.
The shorts come out and they are more successful.
Is the huge amount of pump and dumps we are seeing healthy or unhealthy for the market? Is it indicative of anything or is it the same amount as always and I am just seeing more because I’ve become more aware?
