I don't like that the s&p broke below the 50 sma. that's not a bullish sign to me so I decided to take a small loss. In hindsight I should of waited for the s&p to test and hold the 50 sma support before I decided to buy the drop long. But that was my bad .

Hey may I ask why you didn’t decide to short once you saw it break? I just shorted at 4435 . Maybe I’m doing something wrong?

You did the right thing. I thought there was risk and there was. But I didn't short. I just went to cash.
