I expected the S&P to close higher because of that on Tuesday but the move was much stronger than I expected and set off a buy signal on the "System".
So for the first time in weeks I turned Bullish
At that point it was buy the dips and we got one after hours Tuesday down 22.

How did I know to keep buying dips?
1) I was still bearish on the market on Monday.
I guess the surprise was that there was a buy program right before the close.
That tells you someone is betting big on a move higher.
