Certain Biotechs that have been coming out with positive news and traders have been pumping only them but they must be sold when they are hot because next day they drop heavy.

These days it's exactly that.
"Day" Trading. Which means take your profit or cut your loss if you are wrong.
Day trading is not easy these days.
It's the haves and the have nots.
Holding small stocks is not a good idea here.
