Good observation.
I think they are doing both.
Blowing up the small Biotechs on news then dumping with the Millions while at the same time also decimating most small stocks into being sub pennies.

Hm. I think this is the result of the Market Makers giving retail hope. It’s a facade.
They throw out bait, monster day trades during the apex of a drop, to slash out those who don’t know better for what’s to come.
It’s the start of selection!
