But that's like as equal as a $1.00 stock that has a 12 Million float which is small.
It has to do with how much capital it takes to move a stock higher.

When you are day trading small stocks.
It has more to do with Dollar volume traded than amount of volume.
So a .24 price stock may have 50 million float.
Which is not small.
