Two things to look at.
1) The longer the S&P 10 sma stays below the 50 sma.
That will cause the 50 sma to start turning downward.
It's only a bounce market now.
It's not a Bull run again until the S&P breaks above the 50 sma again and brings the 10 sma with it.
