2) They get greedy as making a winning trade is never enough, they keep dreaming it's going even higher so they don't take the profit then the stock drops and they get stopped out for a loss.

1) Sometimes newbies can't sell because of getting restricted for PDT?
Well then don't put your self in that position. Trade in a cash account. otherwise that puts you at a great disadvantage.
