I think shorting high end residential housing market makes sense. Lower stock market means less millionaires, Rising rates and it's going also going to cost a lot of cash to heat and cool a big house.

Agreed. I would add high end leisure activities and toys as well. Large offshore fishing boats, planes, second homes, motorcycles, etc.
