I might add that Gold miners may start doing better. Maybe shipping stocks?
Not sure how high some oil stocks can go?
$INDO is already up 200% this year.
Oil stocks could Eventually go down even as the price of oil goes up?

Right now I'm only interested in 3 trades.
1) Small float penny stocks ready to be pumped.
2) Oil companies.
3) Short any rally that gets near s&p 4400.
