I don't ever recommend anyone ever trading on the OTC.
I just went to take a look there and volume is very low.
Stick with the Nasdaq that's where all the big money is.
Took some names to look at over the week end.
May just put a few $1000. in match money on a lottery ticket.

There is so much euphoria about oil right now.
I'm sure there will be some.
BUT they will not be buy and holds.
