Can they pump big float Pennies? Yes they can but it's harder for them to do that. Harder to take control of the float. They need to use more capital. Also the risk of a sell off is higher because there are so many shares.

Brian, you bash furus but legitimize these "pumpers." What makes them different? Are they hedge funds or individuals that have developed their own algorithms?
