Then they are up.
Then market opens down 32 on s&p then it's up.
I WOULD NOT TRUST why the make it is up.
It's up on News that peace talks will happen and make a difference and that Putin is just peace keeping.

That’s why I’ve been scalping puts off highs. I feel it’s the same move today. I’m not buying and holding them because of the volatility, I’m just buying them in highs and scalping at supports

The only thing is that Putin calls it peacekeeping in order to put troops across the border. Pretty sure it's just a pretext, especially cause Russian troops have already been in these regions causing problems since 2014
