thank you very much Brian, I'm learning every day from you how to defend myself from the crooked financial market; if I had learned earlier I would not have that many loss-making stocks in my portfolio that force me to be a bag-holder :-(

Others have already said it, but I'll pile on. Your intensity has carved your path to success. I def agree stepping away now and then to get your mind right is important. But never lose that intensity boss. We all learn from it
