The problem is right now this is not a good long swing trading market. Last January/February it was great.
But now most stocks are in down trends.
Even most Big caps are dropping.
Unfortunately it's not a buy and hold market right now.

I know this isn’t a great market for it currently but do you predominately day trade or do you swing trade as well. Working full time really only allows me to swing trade or basically buy and sell based of limits I set during pre market in case im not checking
