So what was the teachable moment for today? 1) Entire market is connected so when the major market gets hit hard. Expect that the smaller stocks usually go down too. So when you are day trading small stocks long and it's evident the market is going to drop like today. Get out!

It's very hard to predict how much more the market would go down...since many of us don't have the privilege of unlimited day trades we become very confused whether to close our swing positions or not
