Yep! The first bail out to be veiled as "direct" assistance to the People.

Technically second. They sent people direct checks in 2008 too. Not just the corporate bail out. I’d have to look it up and double check to be certain, but I’m 99% sure families meeting certain criteria got stimulus in 2008 too.
