Three things you have to be careful of.
1) If the stock reissues like $IMPP did today.
2) If the stock reverse splits like $NEW did today.
3) If the stock has too many bag holders.
For future reference, following pumpers in biotech plays. It's incredible how frequently a neighborhood pumper tweets out a ticker just hours or minutes before offerings. Especially when the ticker is already hot.
Always a red flag.
