Initially Covid didn't hurt the Nasdaq as much as the S&P because the economy was now going to rely on Technology more than ever and stocks like $ZM, and $PTON etc were the first to benefit. But the Big Winners like $AAPL would soon emerge.

Let's start from the beginning and go back 5 years. The market was quite normal for years just starting to get on track to the Bullish side when 2020 rolled in. Though it started in the state of denial suddenly in March 2020 the Covid reality hit, hence the big drop.
