Isn’t best to use 30 min time frame? Or fid you switch yo 5 cuz of oversold conditions?

I’ve been trying hard. I don’t know how to setup 50 SMA and 10 SMA. I’m on think or swim. I’ve followed for months Brian and it’s so accurate I need to learn your method. But can’t set it up!
