I actually don't know what to do here except stay in cash and wait until the market breaks above the 50 sma to get bullish. or wait for an extreme over sold drop to catch a bounce.

Just wait until 4500 it’s almost there , OR buy here in case it doesn’t get there. If it gets closer to 4500 then just average down.
