Once money is not ZERO % dirt cheap to borrow anymore. The Billionaires formula to invest in Big Cap tech/ S&P fund and leverage 100 to 1 doesn't work anymore. And if rates soar. Their scam then unravels and then they have to sell. We saw this last in Dec 2018.
