The $2.30 is less than the 52 week low of $2.50. Seems low for a company to offer well below the market and using the proceeds to pay debt. Not a great look, but still hoping for a bounce. Gonna keep watching for movement.
Real dumbass move by management,it seems they prefer to treat the shorters of their stock much better than the share holders.
