Nasdaq up 39 I went back in cash.
I don't like that the 3:00 pm rally failed.

I think the Nasdaq is putting in a bottom, choppy bottom. Not a bad idea to be in cash, but I hold my swings and add on dips. Not in any day trades at the moment.
