Interesting that stocks/Co Rarely announce new secondary offerings at a lower price when the stock is doing nothing.
It's always the new Hot stock that does that.
Why?
Because it a set up.
The crooked stock market pumps it already knowing the news is coming out. Then short!

Watching it happen so consistently w the healthcare/bio tickers is ridiculous. I think it’s better reflection of this country’s healthcare Industrial complex.
It’s my first year paying out of pocket for good insurance since trading full time. Lord it’s a lot.
