2) No reason to pay the ask price for a stock you like trading with a big spread.
Why pay more?
Chances are you will get filled on the Bid.
Unless the stock just came out with news or is about to shoot up no reason to overpay.

2 Rules.
You can't put hard stops in volatile light trading stocks.
The market makers will just take you out.
You can only day trade them with mental stops.
If you can't do that stay away from those trades.
Stick with High volume reliable trades.
