How do you keep a small stock with only 9 million float down after it explodes higher on Big news on tremendous volume?
Well here is when the Formula doesn't work.
Only thing that stops the formula is times when the Industry sets off the naked short.

To me this looks like the industry is naked shorting it.
Why?
Because it's taking tremendous volume like never before.
Had this been a good time period for Manipulation Most likely would be up 100%. But the industry now is keeping it down.
