It's a hard call to make if this is a Sell signal because it so close. I went to cash to stay cautious . If the market keeps drop for sure there will be one.

How do we catch the bottom in this zone for perfect buy for the bounce? What is the rule on finding the "oversold" in the system system? Is it based on Rsi? It's the one thing I haven't figured out. Can you elaborate?
