Is a Pumping Crew selected it for manipulation because it had no volume and a small float.
They got it cheap set off a buy algo and soon they will dump on who ever chases. twitter.com/MasterBJones/s

Timing wise, I have noted Chinese stocks love to pump like this during SPY resistance/support. I'll have to back test to confirm
