I think this has something to do with kelly Loeffler, the insider trader senator. Hubby is NYSE boss. They called some frens....

Yes, she got stocks as exit package.
Working theory: she is no longer senator, needs the $$$, hubby the exchange boss is pumping the price so they get as much as possible. 🤓
