$PETZ... 9.6M float that is 82.4% insider owned and just did a direct offering underwritten by Boustead Securities (same company as did $FCUV uplisting and IPOs for $WNW $TIRX $UTME $JZXN )... their clients appear to be laundering money through extreme pumping schemes).
