If someone on twitter has a big following.
If they are actually long the stock. They don't want their followers selling the stock. Because if they do that would hurt their stock price and cost them $.
So if the stock goes higher they keep raising the price target to higher levels

Because you don't know for sure if the stock is ever coming back to those spike highs again.
