When they started pumping CEI at 50 cents they said $1 maybe $2. Then when it was over $1 they started saying $5. As it got close to $5 target changed to $10.

Agree. At the same time, the blind investors should start to, at least, learn the basic trading such as charting, DD of their own. Clearly, it seems like they jump right in, not knowing the exit strategy. Look at webull chatroom for $Cei, they are proudly holding. Smh
