1) First thing that happens is the 10 day chart turns negative. After that it can turn positive and negative again. That's what's been happening now.
That in return starts to slow down/flatten out the 3 month chart.

When you are already in a strong uptrend Bullish market ( just look at the Blue sma line on the one year chart).
The market doesn't just drop and keep dropping.
Doesn't work that way. market drops in time frames and stages.
