Right now I'm thinking small Biotech, Chinese stocks and oils will be the best sectors for pumping.
1) Biotechs because of Covid tend to be the Biggest % Pumps.
2) Large Chinese Stock like $BABA bouncing today helps that sector.
3) Oil has been on a monstrous run higher.
