If someone writes a check for a $1.00 and it bounces. There's a $30 fee for that $1.00.
If someone uses $1.00 on a credit card and misses a payment.
There is a $35.00 fee for every missed payment.

The system is rigged against the poor. Banks will charge you a fee to transfer money from savings to checking if you run low in your checking account. Not over draft fee. This one you have the funds but it is sitting in your savings account in the bank
