Housing Prices are up about 100% since 2009 recession ended.
But the NASDAQ stock market is up about 1200%.
So don't tell me real estate is a better investment than the stock market.

You have to ask yourself if these are realistic valuations? They're not when you have PEs in the 80s and 90s. It's madness.
