There's been a fake drop May 19th, June 18th and now July 19th.

Not fake. Algo selling of bond market short unwind. After the flush huge sovereign wealth money overseas buying the dip. They are doing it everytime. It is like beginning of month effect. Sovereign wealth will focus on ineternational after Covid Delta subsides.
