I'm a capitalist. I want to see people find their passion , live their passion contribute to make the world a better place. But I'm not into Billionaires with 200 Billion paying no tax while we have so many people in need who could use that money to just survive.

Flat tax is regressive. I'm open to making the first $40k or whatever tax-free, but you can't ethically charge people spending 100% of their income to survive the same rate as the people saving it away
