$NEGG I saw them pumping this one yesterday at $20.00 but I didn't follow through because It has a Big float but with some Chinese stocks you can't go by that you have to go by past volume traded.

How are you getting this information on floats and pumps? I’ve been trying to find a good starting point for research but google can be too noisy at time to figure out. Just trying to establish a foundation! Thank you!
