$OPTT is the better company in the sector.
BUT.
$WAVE is new. Never manipulated before and has the small float.
So it's Fresh Meat for the day trader to manipulate.
$OPTT kind of does what $WAVE does.
But hasn't done anything since the last bull market for day trading in Feb and has a 51 Million float which means it would need a lot of volume to be manipulated.
