$OPTT kind of does what $WAVE does.
But hasn't done anything since the last bull market for day trading in Feb and has a 51 Million float which means it would need a lot of volume to be manipulated.
Wave is an euro company (AB at the end)....so now idk if this is just a generic pump and dump or someone knows the ECB started financing ESG shit en masse...
