Understanding the affect that news has on a small stock is tricky.
Obviously all news is not good news.
Good news doesn't necessarily move a stock higher.
You need to know how to value a new's story.
After that you need to do is look for what I call "confirmation."

just see whats been going. today was ALF with key words Uber Lyft. “orphan drug designation” also been working. “amazon” always good or “contract” if large enough. “Alzheimer’s” last week.. see ?
