Also the outfit who is Pumping $ORPH has connections to NASDAQ because Nasdaq is letting the stock still trade.
Unfortunately it's all connections on if NASDAQ lets a stock trade or not.
If the outfit wasn't connected. NASDAQ would of permanently halted the stock.
