The real reason for the low jobs #'s is that people are getting paid more to NOT find a job.
Employer's can't find qualified workers in this booming economy.
The workforce is under-qualified or rather get paid more for not working from their uncle Sam.

I work in staffing and it’s soooo hard to find good candidates looking for work
Super duper true!!! Why work when you can sit in front of the tv all day and still get paid.🤷🏻♀️
I'd be curious to see the split between growth in high wage positions as suppose to low wage. Why go back to retail when you can make at the very least 80% of your paycheck while staying home...

Why? How about pride in earning your keep! When did we decide it was ok to live off of the generosity of others? Makes me sad that anyone would rather take a handout than work.

It's all about incentives, if employers can't pay good salaries that pay better than unemployment then they simply won't have anyone work for them. The workforce market has increased in value thanks to the government, employers can't seem to compete with that.

If the government can give people more money than employers, then there is a disconnect. The wages on offer cannot just sustain people.

Maybe companies should pay their workers a living wage 🤷♀️🙄

Also, people on unemployment don’t have to claim any jobs paying cash, trading profits, etc.
