Dow and S&P fished higher but well off the day's highs as the Nasdaq turned weak late in the day.
That was a bad sign that the Nasdaq sunk like that.
That caused the S&P to fail at resistance.
Nasdaq is now down 6 out of last 7 days.
Luckily that drop has been modest.
