New traders have to be very careful buying premarket because it's easy to get sucked into a pump and dump and lose money.
Only a few stocks that you might chase will go even higher. Most will not get confirmation and then go down.
Better to wait until the open.

Especially on opex Friday. Always check where the highest call and put OI are located. If price is above high call oi do not buy. Fade more likely. Or not trade at all.

You can definitely sell premarket as in most cases stocks will shoot up on low buy volume and retract back close to or by open. Example NTEC hit over $13 Tuesday morning and now it is at $4.6x
