I stopped bothering to wake up at 4 am because of this actually. Or at least I wake up see that nothing is really happening then go back to sleep

Same. I moved to strictly weekly/0dte options during this drop so been sleeping in till 8:00ish now

4am is just one guy buying 100 shares at a really high ask from himself to start the pump.
