It most definitely does. Just need to refocus our expenditures on infrastructure instead of waste like the war machine and actually tax those that need to be taxed... Problem solved.

Infrastructure spending is different. Each dollar will create 10 to the economy and the increased tax revenue from it will pay the govt back. Roaring 20s after the pandemic. Reconstruction after Civil War.
