I did that when the market was up not knowing it would tank.

Yeah I messed up yesterday. I held a stock to 2k down over the last few weeks, I got up to a 1500 gain yesterday and didn't sell, now back to down 1000. Mistakes were made. Should have sold and been more in cash and prepared for this.
